SOUNDARYAM VARDHINI
I hour 15 mins £60. Ayurvedic goddess glow facial is a sublime facial experience through marma point massage to the face and scalp which are the gateways to our deepest energy centres known as chakras to increase our energy flow and help rid of fine lines in the face. Medicinal herbs are used to balance and soothe the soul increasing the flow of prana (energy) and blood flow to the face leaving a more youthful and healthy glow. This facial also works on the feet or arms – the choice is yours

SHIROBHYANAGA
£45 per session. A deeply caring head and arm treatment designed to nourish the scalp and wash away any tensions associated with migraine, headache and neck stiffness. It involves warm dosha specific oils poured into the hair.

MARMA ABHYANAGA
£60 per session. An ancient full body massage therapy combining pressure to specific marma (vital) points all over the body and yogic stretches of the joints. The massage manipulates healthy flow of energy through the body’s junctions and energetic pathways and is personalised according to your specific dosha and needs which is discussed through a Ayurvedic consultation.

PADABHYANGA
£45 per session. Lower leg and foot treatment is Tri Doshas alternative to reflexology combining deeply therapeutic techniques to release energy blockages, improve circulation and restore tired calf muscles.

SHIRODARA
£60 per session. Third eye warm oil treatment is a slow rythmic movement of gently poured oil over this vital energy marma point. Profoundly relaxing this treatment works to switch off a chattering mind and induce deep rest for a renewed energy and calm. Choose between a facial or a foot and leg treatment that precedes Shirodara

PINDA SWEDA
£60 per session. Herbal compress massage containing therapeutic ayurvedic herbal powders are used to massage and pummel warm oils into the body. This treatment is extremely therapeutic, nourishing, strengthening and rejuvenating.
Great for tired aching joints and sports enthusiasts.

UDVARTANA
£50 per session. Detox body scrub that originated in India, this cleansing treatment uses specific herbs that are rubbed over the body to help draw out impurites and reduce water retention, great for poor circulation. Warm herbal oils are massaged into the body.
